The Ah-Ha moment

It took everyone a little while to reach this moment. There's been a lot of great research happening.  Students have been very engaged with reading and following links and going deeper into their subjects on their way to determining their game subject.  I think this is really important to do, this going deep right at the beginning.  Once the game making starts, the game topic tends to fossilize.  What I saw last year was that it was harder to make big changes in the theme.  Careful thought right at the beginning will go a long way towards an interesting, fun game.
